12th THz Young Scientists Meeting
What? – The annual THz Young Scientists Meeting, aimed at PhD and master students, is all about bringing the new blood in European THz research together. Learn about the newest techniques, fundamentals, applications and overall achievements in THz research while getting to know your fellow PhD or PhD-interested Master students in the community. The schedule is divided into talks and poster sessions so you can decide how you present your work best.
We are delighted that the THz Young Scientists Meeting will be held in direct proximity to the 47th International Conference on Infrared, Millimeter and Terahertz Waves (IRMMW-THz) 2022 . Therefore, we genuinely encourage you to seize the opportunity to learn about the latest developments in the international community by joining the IRMMW-THz, where you can get in touch with junior and senior scientists of your research field and beyond and participate in its student workshop.
Who For? – You are a PhD student or interested in doing a PhD and your work has something to do with THz radiation? Then you are welcome to register and submit your abstract.
By Whom? – This year‘s THz Young Scientists Meeting is organized collectively by the TU Delft and the University of Siegen.

Abstract Submission and Registration – To join, please create an account and register using the website https://www.conftool.org/thz-ysci2022. There you can upload your one page abstract using the IEEE template (available for MS Word and LaTex) until July 10th 2022. The meeting will be held without conference fee. However, only registered participants can attend the conference. Due to the facilities that we are going to use, we will have to limit the number of participants to 100. Neither abstract nor contribution will be published beyond the duration of the meeting to the actual conference attendees.
